Nick saw the old one that was done unprofessionally and repaired to where it doesn't move and has the capability for the overflow valve to be installed.

100% I would use this business again!

The plumber found the problem and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate. He found a "clean out" (see photo 1) outside the condo, and inserted a cable and cleared the pipe. He then replaced a pipe under the sink (see photo 2).

He said the drain was easy to clean out, so I was charged 324 for everything. I feel that was reasonable, especially because the plumber was courteous, and the service was prompt and professionally done.

I will call Hips the next time I need a plumber.

That company sent a... read more technician that gave 0 confidence to my wife and I that he either wanted to or could successfully do the very simple plumbing job requested of him. Also, after being told what he was going to be working on showed up without any of the necessary pieces or parts to complete the job, therefore we found HIP'splumbing. It worked out for us greatly because that plumber showed up with confidence. personality, prepared and quickly professionally repaired our shower head. In addition, he helped out by changing the hot water limits on our tub, which was not a requirement, initially asked for complimentary. Our plumber's name was Kyle and if you need plumbing, I recommend HIP's plumbing.

  I can't recommend Hips enough. I've had a series of unrelated plumbing disasters this year, including a slab leak, and Hips saved the day each time. They come out... read more incredibly fast, they're amazingly friendly/professional, and their prices are substantially lower than other plumber I've used (they were $1,100 less than another bid I received for the slab leak). When I lost all hot water due to the slab leak, they came out next day to diagnose and then did all the work, a complete hot-water reroute, in one day. I was amazed and so grateful.

It's the wrong one. The new plumber came out and told... read more us this is not even a Wi-Fi controller and it doesn't really do anything. The system already has a smart timer inside and the Wi-Fi controller is the one we need. I can see this is not the Wi-Fi controller because when all the neighbors were discussing the attachment. Ours look so different.
